Aviva Studios is a landmark contemporary arts venue that opened in 2023 on Manchester's Water Street, operated by Factory International. The expansively designed space hosts a year-round programme spanning theatre, dance, visual art, classical music, and warehouse raves, with the flexibility to programme intimate works or large-scale installations. The building itself is an architectural statement by Amsterdam-based Office for Metropolitan Architecture, built on the site of the former Granada Studios.
