How much does it cost to sell tickets on Rave Essentials?
Listing an event is free. When you sell a ticket we take a small commission from the sale, plus a fixed booking fee and the card processing cost, which you can pass to buyers at checkout or absorb from your revenue. The full fee schedule is set out in the Promoter Service Agreement you accept before selling.
Are there any upfront costs or monthly fees?
No. There are no setup fees, no monthly bills and no minimum volumes. You only pay when you sell a ticket.
How quickly do promoters get paid?
Funds reach your bank automatically through Stripe, our secure payments provider, shortly after your event. Exact payout timing and any reserve are set out in the Promoter Service Agreement.
How do buyers find my event?
Your event gets its own page on Rave Essentials and appears across our UK events hub, city pages and genre pages, so ravers searching for a night out discover it with no extra work from you.
Can I scan tickets at the door?
Yes. Every ticket carries a QR code and our web based scanner runs on any modern phone. You can add door staff accounts, watch entry counts live and keep scanning through patchy signal.
