A fiercely independent Bedford institution occupying a converted 19th-century chapel, Esquires has been a cornerstone of grassroots live music since 1990. Operating across three distinct spaces from intimate acoustic rooms to a 300-capacity main stage, the venue has launched the careers of Tom Grennan and Don Broco whilst playing host to Coldplay, Muse, Wolf Alice and countless others across rock, electronica, hip-hop and folk genres. The sticky floor and roaring Sunday Sessions are as legendary as the bands.
