A sprawling multi-floor venue housed in a Victorian Eye Hospital turned entertainment palace, The Blues Kitchen combines restaurant, bar and club spaces across Quay Street. Live music and DJs run nightly, with genres ranging from blues and soul to hip-hop and R&B, whilst an American-style grill kitchen serves smoked meats, burgers and fried chicken late into the night.
