A cornerstone of Leeds' independent music scene since 1913, the Brudenell Social Club has evolved from a working men's club into a thriving social enterprise that books everything from punk and hip-hop to folk and experimental acts. With two 400-capacity concert rooms, a bar and games area, it regularly hosts multiple shows simultaneously and is known for its unpretentious vibe, affordable drinks and willingness to support both emerging and internationally touring acts. The venue became legendary for hosting secret gigs by Franz Ferdinand and Kaiser Chiefs, and has hosted everyone from The Cribs and The Wedding Present to Tune-Yards and Four Tet.
