Tucked beneath St Vincent Street in Glasgow's city centre, King Tut's is a cramped, sweaty, intimate live music room that punches well above its weight. The upstairs gig space is small and standing-room only, but it's where countless now-famous acts took their first steps, from Radiohead and Oasis to Biffy Clyro and Lewis Capaldi. Downstairs is a relaxed bar with pool table and craft beers; the venue hosts around five gigs a week across rock, indie, alternative and pop genres.
