Northern Ireland's longest-running gay nightclub, Kremlin occupies a distinctive red-brick building on Donegall Street with Soviet-inspired decor that sets it apart in Belfast's city centre. Opening in 1999, it expanded over subsequent decades to become a multi-room complex featuring Tsar (a cocktail lounge), the Long Bar, and Red Square, a two-level dance arena that has hosted international drag acts and celebrated performers. The venue hosts regular themed nights, drag shows, and weekly Playroom Mondays drawing mixed crowds across age and gender for pop, commercial, and R&B music.
