A multi-roomed venue on historic Abington Square with a concert room capacity of 250, a front bar, and a sprawling rear beer garden. The Black Prince has hosted live bands since the 1960s, with the current iteration (under its current name) launching in 2016 after extensive renovations. The venue draws a broad crowd of alternative, indie, rock, metal and hip-hop fans, and was voted Best Local Live Venue by the Northamptonshire Music Awards in 2022 and 2023.
