Victoria Park is a 69-acre green space in south-east Leicester that hosts occasional large-scale community and cultural events throughout the year. Once the city's racecourse, it opened as a public park in 1882 and features open grassland, tree-lined paths, sports facilities, and the iconic War Memorial designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens.
